You'll be responsible for

Leading daily activities

Overseeing the edible garden and coordinating nursery operations with a focus on sustainability.

Managing production cycles

Ensuring the supply of meals and produce for markets and the TQ Café.

Facilitating participation

Creating an inclusive environment that builds confidence and connection among young people.

Key criteria

Certificate IV in Youth Work or related field

Possession of relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
