You'll be responsible for

Delivering in-home nursing care
Providing high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes across the Maitland region.📞
Responding to referrals
Addressing referrals from GPs, hospitals, or self-referring patients promptly and effectively.🔄
Coordinating additional referrals
Identifying clients' needs and coordinating further referrals when necessary to ensure comprehensive care.Key criteria

Current Registered Nurse authority
Valid AHPRA registration to practice as a Registered Nurse.View

Wound care management experience
Demonstrated experience in providing wound care to clients.View
