You'll be responsible for

Supporting and connecting with clients

Engaging with clients to assist them with daily in-home tasks such as cleaning, tidying, and washing as per their care plan.

Transporting clients to appointments

Providing transportation for clients to their appointments and shopping, ensuring they remain connected to their community.
🛁

Providing personal care

Assisting clients with personal care tasks, including showering and dressing, if qualified and trained.

Experience in aged care

Demonstrated experience providing care to older Australians.
