By joining the friendly and supportive respite care team at Dubbo Overnight Respite Cottage and Home Club, you will have the opportunity to provide essential support and companionship to clients and their families. You'll be responsible for

Providing social support or respite for family/carers

Offering assistance and companionship to families and caregivers, ensuring they receive the support they need.
🎨

Assisting and supporting clients to engage in desired leisure activities

Encouraging and facilitating clients to participate in activities they enjoy, enhancing their quality of life.
🛡️

Managing clients with difficult behaviors

Utilizing skills and strategies to effectively support clients exhibiting challenging behaviors, ensuring a safe environment.
