You'll be responsible for

Assessing and investigating complaints
Evaluating reports and referrals of non-compliance against retailers and manufacturers, ensuring adherence to governing policies.✅
Conducting compliance audits
Supporting the CRS team in auditing Approved Products and Retailers to maintain industry program integrity.📞
Handling stakeholder enquiries
Interfacing with consumers, manufacturers, retailers, and their agents to address inquiries and concerns.Key criteria

Compliance and audit experience (3+ years)
Demonstrated experience in compliance, enforcement, or business audits.View
