You'll be responsible for

Coordinate all aspects of conferences and events from confirmation through to post-event follow-up, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.

Preparing proposals

Prepare and manage conference proposals, event orders, and client communications to meet client needs effectively.

On-site event coordination

Provide on-site event coordination to ensure smooth execution and guest satisfaction during events.
