You'll be responsible for

Analyzing and enhancing IDAM processes

Supporting complex use cases and ensuring system efficiency through continuous improvement.

Troubleshooting and resolving issues

Successfully triaging customer system requests and providing on-call support for identity and access management issues.

Skills you'll need

Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions

Hands-on implementation experience with leading IGA solutions such as Sailpoint IIQ, Sailpoint IDN, OneIdentity, Saviynt, and Okta.
🤝

Customer engagement and communication skills

Excellent skills to build credibility with customers and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong ability to analyze complex operational problems and build sustainable, scalable solutions and processes.
