Owning learning content
Taking charge of learning content for the CargoWise Accounting module, defining how customers learn and adopt accounting processes.🤝
Collaborating with Product teams
Working closely with Product teams to understand upcoming accounting-related changes and translating them into clear content.🔍
Identifying common confusions
Recognizing common points of confusion and improving how workflows are explained from the user’s perspective.Key criteria
