Contiki has been getting 18-35s out into the world since 1962 - real trips, real people, no cookie-cutter itineraries. We're growing our Contact Centre team and looking for a Sales Consultant who gets what it's like to want to see the world and knows how to turn that excitement into a booking. You'll spend your days talking to people who are genuinely pumped about travel - and helping them say yes to it.

You'll be responsible for

Selling iconic trips

Be the first point of contact for prospective guests via phone, email and chat, guiding them through their trip planning

Sales Admin and Activity

Own your sales pipeline in Salesforce - track follow-ups, log activity, drive conversions

Providing support

Offering assistance and solutions to clients during their travels, ensuring a smooth experience.
