Checking in with a finance team lead on how a recently implemented change was landing and whether it was actually solving the problem it was designed to solve.

Reworking retrospective frameworks

Reworking the CI team’s retrospective framework to better capture both qualitative and quantitative data, structuring the outputs so they feed back meaningfully into how the team prioritises and evaluates future initiatives.

3+ years in product or e-commerce

Experience in continuous improvement or process enhancement.
