Monitoring service delivery

Monitoring service delivery by suppliers to ensure compliance with contracts and program guidelines, including conducting site inspections for care services.

Building relationships

Building and maintaining productive and respectful working relationships with diverse suppliers and key stakeholders across government and community services.
