Overseeing the full lifecycle of large-scale construction contracts, including variations, extensions of time, notices, and claims.

Collaborating with teams

Working closely with project teams to substantiate and issue variations, tracking them against contract funding and contingency allocations.

Preparing reports

Creating monthly project status reports and KPI dashboards for the Project Director and Commercial Director, covering cost, program, risk, and performance.
