You'll be responsible for

Ensure awareness and compliance with head contract conditions and incorporate requirements into subcontract agreements and project delivery processes.

Managing claims

Support preparation and negotiation of progress claims, variation claims, and extension of time submissions with clients.

Evaluating delays

Evaluate, document, and manage delay notices including weather, industrial, design, and other project impacts affecting cost and program.

Tertiary qualification

Relevant degree in commerce, law, or construction management.
