You'll be responsible for

Draft, analyse, negotiate, and complete complex commercial transactions with enterprise customers, vendors, and strategic partners, including IP licensing agreements.

Improving contracting efficiency

Propose and develop scalable solutions to improve contracting efficiency.

Collaborating with teams

Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Business Operations, Research, and Procurement teams to achieve key business objectives and deliver strategic, business-minded and creative solutions.

8+ years managing complex commercial contracts in technology.
