The Control Room Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Control Room by managing faults, alarms, and asset failures across the Northern Assets network. This position is crucial for maintaining safety, timely responses, and data integrity. The team thrives on collaboration and innovation, working together to ensure the highest standards of operational excellence.

You'll be responsible for

⚠️

Triage system-generated faults

Acting as the central point for triaging system-generated faults and alarms within the Control Room

Coordinate work allocation

Coordinating work allocation to internal maintenance teams and subcontractors
📊

Monitor work orders

Monitoring open work orders, responding to KPIs and escalating high-risk or overdue items

Key criteria

⚙️

1–3 years in operational environments

Experience in maintenance, infrastructure, or control room settings.

Familiarity with SCADA, OMCS, or similar systems.
