Effectively communicate all events/activities occurring on the system to the maintenance and operations teams.📞
Coordinating with remote support
Actively involved with communications to Vanderlande remote support service desks and customer reporting systems.✉️
Ensuring clear communication
Ensure that all communications between Vanderlande and Western Sydney Airport are done in a clear, effective, and professional manner.Key criteria
