You'll be responsible for

Monitoring and managing HR queries
Using ServiceNOW, responding to Tier 1–2 enquiries and escalating where required.🗃️
Maintaining accurate employee records
Ensuring documentation is up to date and accurate.📝
Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
Preparing employment contracts, amendments, and other HR correspondence.Key criteria
