You'll be responsible for

Lead and support the Parks and Horticultural team to drive productivity, safety, teamwork and continuous improvement.

Coordinating operations

Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.

Developing maintenance programs

Develop and implement horticultural maintenance programs and service agreements to achieve high-quality open space outcomes.

Skills you'll need

🌿

Horticulture expertise

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Horticulture, Conservation/Land Management, Business Administration or substantial experience in open space management.
👥

Leadership and management

Extensive experience leading, managing and coaching diverse, multidisciplinary teams in operational environments.

Budget management

Demonstrated experience in managing operating and capital budgets and delivering relevant projects.
