Coaching and mentoring staff

Coaching and mentoring staff around risk and safety, strengthening decision-making, and ensuring compliance with PSP policy and procedures.

Collaborating with inter-agency partners

Representing Uniting at inter-agency forums and working in close collaboration with the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ).
