Capturing corporate actions
Capture, review, and validate mandatory and voluntary corporate action events across global markets, applying judgement to identify complex, high risk, or unusual events.🔄
Performing reconciliations
Perform reconciliations of positions, entitlements, and proceeds; investigate discrepancies in accordance with established procedures and escalate complex issues as required.🔒
Executing quality checks
Execute quality and control checks to ensure data integrity, audit readiness, and compliance with regulatory and policy requirements across the event lifecycle.Key criteria
