Offering secretariat support for Board and Committee meetings, managing agendas, minutes, action registers, and governance records🗓️
Supporting executive meetings
Coordinating executive meetings, preparing meeting papers, and tracking decisions to completion📈
Monitoring strategic initiatives
Tracking organisational priorities, monitoring progress of key initiatives, risks, and follow-upsKey criteria
