You'll be responsible for

Providing comprehensive administrative and operational support

Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Adelaide office, while also supporting other APAC locations as required.

Planning and coordinating internal events

Plan, coordinate, and deliver internal events and corporate engagements, including in-house activities, team luncheons, celebrations, and regional conferences.

Managing travel coordination

Manage domestic and international travel coordination for employees, ensuring cost efficiency and policy compliance.

Organisational skills

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate setting, with strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Microsoft Office proficiency

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and relevant corporate collaboration and communication platforms.

Stakeholder management

Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation, including senior leadership and external partners.
