You'll be responsible for

Advising on real estate transactions

Providing legal advice on acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development projects, and general property matters.

Drafting and reviewing contracts

Creating and negotiating a variety of real estate contracts to ensure legal compliance and protect interests.
🤝

Liaising with clients and external counsel

Communicating with clients, counterparties, and external legal counsel as necessary to facilitate transactions.

Key criteria

⚖️

Australia qualified solicitor

Possession of a current practising certificate in Australia.

Corporate real estate law experience

Significant post-qualification experience in corporate real estate.
