You'll be responsible for

🕵️‍♂️

Conducting covert surveillance

Engaging in plain-clothes surveillance in high-risk stores to identify recidivist offenders and organized retail crime activity.
⚠️

Maintaining safety protocols

Ensuring personal and team safety by adhering to TJX safety protocols and legal guidelines during observations and reporting.
📝

Documenting offender behaviour

Observing and accurately documenting offender behaviour, maintaining detailed notes and evidence logs for investigations.

Key criteria

🕵️‍♂️

Loss prevention experience

Minimum 2 years in loss prevention or security roles.
