You'll be responsible for

Leveraging performance data

Utilising performance data, market trends, competitor and patient insights to create compelling content across all channels, with a focus on digital channels such as Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.

Leading the creative process

Overseeing the creative process from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring assets are engaging and aligned with channel best practices.

Driving A/B testing

Implementing A/B testing, creative iteration, and rapid experimentation to ensure a continuous learning approach.

Skills you'll need

🧠

Creative strategy

5+ years of experience as a creative strategist or in similar jobs, with in-house experience as a bonus.

Performance creative

Proven track record in performance creative, producing successful ads and user-generated content.

Strong direct-response copywriting skills to engage and convert audiences effectively.
