You'll be responsible for

Leading and mentoring teams
Lead and mentor the Accounts Receivable and Credit Controller teams including work allocation, coaching, training and performance reviews.🔍
Developing understanding of systems
Develop a strong understanding of our ERP and credit management systems, including Expert and the firms reporting tools.✅
Ensuring adherence to protocols
Ensure adherence to firm’s collection protocols and escalation procedures to maintain operational integrity.What we're looking for
