Proactively manage and collect overdue accounts to improve cash flow and reduce credit risk.❓
Resolving customer queries
Efficiently and professionally address customer queries to maintain positive relationships.📊
Providing commentary on overdue accounts
Assist in providing weekly and monthly commentary on overdue accounts to support financial reporting.What we're looking for

Certificate III in Financial Services
Possession of relevant qualification or equivalent experience.View fit
💼
5-7 years in credit control
Demonstrated experience in credit control, ideally in FMCG.View fit
