As a Critical Environment Technician (CET) within Microsoft’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the infrastructure that keeps our datacenters operational. You'll be responsible for

Serving as an operations specialist

Acting as an operations specialist in a major area of critical environment operations, working independently on advanced tasks.

Inspecting and supervising equipment

Regularly inspecting critical environment-related facility equipment for unsafe conditions and escalating issues as needed.
⚠️

Responding to incidents

Leading onsite incident response teams for abnormal conditions, coordinating corrective repairs without supervision.

Key criteria

⚡

1+ years in mission critical services

Experience in high-availability environments like data centers.
