This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your negotiation and resolution skills in managing cases and resolving complex customer issues. By collaborating with various departments and stakeholders, you will ensure that customers are informed and satisfied throughout the resolution process. You'll be responsible for

Exercising independent judgement

Provide effective communication in accordance with company policy to achieve mutually satisfactory resolutions for escalated customer queries.

Providing quality information

Handle customer enquiries with accurate information and maintain concise notes of customer contact.

Taking ownership of customer progress

Keep customers informed of resolution efforts and ensure follow-up if the resolution extends beyond expected time frames.
