Acting as the first point of contact
Welcoming customers who are new to self-employment and offering them clear, empathetic, and reassuring guidance.đ
Onboarding new customers
Conducting AML/KYC checks, ID verification, and guiding them through their first payments to ensure a smooth start.đŹ
Managing customer queries
