You'll be responsible for

Getting great roles in front of the right people

Launching and promoting job ads for customers across Hatch and external channels.

Keeping the marketplace fresh and high-performing

Running regular health checks across Hatch to identify underperforming and ageing jobs, creating and executing action plans to address issues.

Finding and engaging top talent

Conducting targeted outreach through various campaigns (i.e. partnerships, emails, socials), reaching both the Hatch talent pool and the wider market.
