The job is about being a CX Design Facilitator within the UNSW IT Innovation Accelerator Program. You'll be responsible for

Creating engaging workshops and training sessions that embed CX Design and innovation practices across UNSW IT.

Partnering with stakeholders

Collaborating with various teams to identify opportunities for improving customer experience and operational efficiency.

Coaching teams

Guiding individuals and teams in applying customer-centred design methodologies to solve complex challenges.
