You'll be responsible for

Supporting and maintaining customer network security environments

Work across Fortinet and Palo Alto platforms to ensure robust security for customer networks.
🔍

Investigating and resolving network connectivity, firewall, VPN and access-related issues

Troubleshoot and fix issues to maintain seamless network operations for customers.
⚠️

Responding to operational incidents, including higher-priority P1/P2 issues

Act quickly to address critical incidents and minimize impact on customer operations.

Network security experience

Hands-on experience with Fortinet and Palo Alto technologies.
