Completing all maintenance protocols, plans, and activities on time and accurately, including daily, weekly, and monthly site checks.

Managing and overseeing specialist vendors for all major works, planned repairs, and maintenance to electrical systems.

Responding to BMS alarms

Monitoring for and responding to Building Monitoring System alarms in accordance with engineering policies and procedures.
