You'll be responsible for

Installing and configuring infrastructure

Installing and configuring racks of hosts in line with internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure optimal performance.

Diagnosing and repairing issues

Diagnosing and repairing issues for server, storage, and network devices, including the physical replacement of parts to maintain functionality.
⚡

Participating in power and cooling events

Participating in remediation or recovery of physical power issues on racks and engaging in Data Center power and cooling events.

Key criteria

💻

Computer hardware troubleshooting experience

1+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing hardware issues.

1+ years of experience with networking technologies and protocols.

High school diploma or equivalent

Educational requirement for foundational knowledge.
