You'll be responsible for

Troubleshooting systems and networks

Acting as the escalation point for technical issues and diving deep into Linux server problems.

Installing and configuring infrastructure

Installing and configuring racks of hosts in line with internal SLAs to ensure optimal performance.

Participating in high-impact projects

Engaging in and delivering on various small to mid-scale projects that enhance data center operations.

Key criteria

Computer hardware troubleshooting experience

1+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware.

Understanding of network design, protocols, and Layer 1/2 troubleshooting.
