You'll be responsible for

Troubleshooting

Acting as the escalation point and technical troubleshooter for all systems and problems.

Installing and configuring

Installing and configuring racks of hosts in line with internal SLAs.

Maintaining operations

Working with logistics and other teams to maintain daily operations and resolve trouble tickets.

Key criteria

Computer hardware troubleshooting experience

1+ years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing hardware.
