As a Data Center Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the infrastructure that supports AWS cloud services. You'll be responsible for

🔧

Troubleshooting systems and problems

Acting as the escalation point for technical issues, ensuring swift resolution of system problems.
🛠️

Installing and configuring racks

Installing and configuring racks of hosts in accordance with internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
🌍

Engaging with remote teams

Collaborating with Remote Hands & Eyes in EU Regional Cloudfront Points of Presence (POPs) for operational efficiency.

Key criteria

Computer hardware repair experience

1+ years of experience repairing computer hardware components.
