You'll be responsible for

Troubleshooting systems and networks

Acting as the escalation point for technical issues, diving deep into Linux server problems and remediating outages.

Installing and configuring equipment

Installing and configuring racks of hosts in line with internal SLAs, ensuring operational efficiency.

Maintaining daily operations

Collaborating with logistics and other teams to ensure smooth daily operations in the data center.

Skills you'll need

Computer hardware troubleshooting

Experience in diagnosing and repairing computer hardware issues, ensuring optimal performance.

Networking

Knowledge of computer networking principles and practices to maintain connectivity and resolve issues.
