You'll be responsible for

Engaging in physical data centre activities

Participate in planning and tracking capacity, rack deployment, cabling, troubleshooting, and decommissioning.
⚙️

Maintaining system reliability

Prioritise and resolve trouble tickets efficiently, acting as an escalation point for technical issues.
🤝

Participating in team projects

Contribute to high impact projects and team meetings for metric analysis and project status updates.

Key criteria

🖥️

3+ years of computer hardware experience

Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware.

Linux/Unix administration knowledge

Understanding of Linux/Unix systems for effective troubleshooting.
