About the job

This job is an exciting opportunity to work with Server and Networking Technology in the largest data centers in the world. You will gain hands-on experience and develop your technical skills while collaborating with various teams. The environment is dynamic and supportive, with a focus on career progression and continuous learning.

You'll be responsible for

🛠️

Supporting data center infrastructure

Trained in supporting data center infrastructure equipment including racks, servers, hardware components, networking devices and cables, following specific instructions and well-defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
🔧

Performing routine operations

Learning to perform routine operations such as rack installations, server break/fix, hardware component replacements, diagnosing hardware faults, troubleshooting network links and rack decommissioning with guidance and support.
📦

Inventory management tasks

Trained in inventory management tasks including receiving equipment, decommissioning hardware, liquidating racks or hardware components, and performing storage media sanitization and destruction.
