You'll be responsible for

Supporting data center infrastructure
Trained in supporting data center infrastructure equipment including racks, servers, hardware components, networking devices and cables, following specific instructions and well-defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).🔧
Performing routine operations
Learning to perform routine operations such as rack installations, server break/fix, hardware component replacements, diagnosing hardware faults, troubleshooting network links and rack decommissioning with guidance and support.📦
Inventory management tasks
Trained in inventory management tasks including receiving equipment, decommissioning hardware, liquidating racks or hardware components, and performing storage media sanitization and destruction.Key criteria
