As a Microsoft Data Center Technician (DCT), you will stage, set up, and perform hardware deployments while troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues. This job is crucial for delivering core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services, impacting millions of users worldwide. You'll be responsible for

Performing diagnostics and troubleshooting

Following standard procedures, quickly identifying the cause(s) of issues, and replacing faulty components with minimal customer and business disruption.

Performing post-execution quality checks

Verifying that grounding, staging, labeling, and cabling are set up properly according to safety protocols, deployment standards, and planned Network Design Tasks (NDTs).

Decommissioning hardware for simple changes

Following standard procedures with minimal guidance for tasks such as memory upgrades and rebuilds.
