The Data Scientist job is all about leading the data science discovery process for the Claims Automation project. By interpreting historical claims data, this position uncovers insights that transform into actionable strategies, supporting claims automation and classification. You'll be responsible for

Establishing and implementing a data science and analytics strategy

Design a robust framework that supports the program's goals, setting clear objectives and KPIs to measure success and guide continuous improvement.

Collaborating with teams to develop and automate claims processing rules

Work with member services, Technology, and Data Science teams to enhance claims processing.

Preparing and delivering comprehensive reports

Generate detailed reports that provide actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Skills you'll need

🎓

Tertiary qualifications in mathematical, statistical, computer science, or relevant post-graduate qualifications

A strong educational background in relevant fields is essential for success in this job.
