Developing AI solutions

Develop data science and AI solutions that support workforce priorities, including skills, capability, workforce planning, employee experience, mobility and organisational effectiveness.

Analysing datasets

Analyse large and complex workforce datasets, applying data preparation, feature engineering, modelling, validation and interpretation techniques.
