Serving as the insights lead across L'Oréal Groupe's full brand portfolio, working closely with creative and strategy teams, division leads, L'Oréal advocacy teams, and brand managers to ensure data shapes every major strategic decision.

Supporting analysis across platforms

Carrying significant scope, supporting analysis across 32 brands and multiple social platforms using tools including Traackr, Brandwatch, Market View Online, Power BI, and Google Analytics.

Delivering trends reports

Owning core weekly deliverables such as a trends report shared with both the WPP Beauty Tech Labs team and L'Oréal directly, designed to inform campaign and brand planning in real time.
