Offering expert assistance to the Manager of Death Benefit Claims and General Manager on complex death claim matters, ensuring ART leads in claims handling.✅
Embedding and driving the Quality Assurance framework
Implementing and overseeing the QA framework within the Death Claims team, conducting reviews and reporting outcomes to identify areas for improvement.🌱
Coaching and mentoring Claims Managers
Supporting Claims Managers in developing their skills in risk-based decision making and claims resolution through training and resources.Key criteria
