You'll be responsible for

Managing and installing video conferencing equipment.
Ensuring that all equipment is operational and meets the needs of the Defence environment.🔍
Conducting Audio Visual health checks.
Regularly assessing and maintaining AV systems to ensure optimal performance.💻
Providing VTC and desktop support.
Offering technical assistance to users for video conferencing and desktop issues.Key criteria

Australian Citizenship and Security Clearance
Must possess Australian Citizenship and Baseline Security Clearance, with NV1 preferred.View

Desktop support experience
