Collaborating closely with leaders across the Talent and Capability & Culture portfolios to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations of the P&C LT members office and business unit.🔗
Managing stakeholder relationships
Proactively managing stakeholder relationships across P&C and NAB to drive consistency, efficiency and process improvements.🎉
Delivering key people activities
Partnering with the P&C LT member(s) on the development and delivery of key people activities for their teams including team engagement activities, development days and offsites.Key criteria
