Leading delivery framework
Owning and evolving x15’s Delivery Pathway (xDP) and acting as the Subject Matter Expert for delivery processes, practices, tools, risks, and controls.📊
Improving delivery performance
Establishing and maintaining delivery governance and reporting while automating reporting to improve visibility across ventures.🤝
Supporting ventures
Partnering with ventures to improve prioritisation and execution discipline, and coaching teams on delivery methodologies and ways of working.Key criteria

Delivery leadership experience
Proven experience in delivery leadership roles, driving performance.View
